Talkatoo does not require a direct integration, and will work with your PMS directly from start-up. Moving your notes from Talkatoo to your PMS is as simple as dragging and dropping or copying and pasting.

The Call Summary feature can only be used by one person on one device at a time. If you have multiple people making callbacks, each person needs their own Talkatoo account to use the feature. This ensures everyone can access call summaries properly without interruptions.
