Talkatoo does not require a direct integration, and will work with your PMS directly from start-up. Moving your notes from Talkatoo to your PMS is as simple as dragging and dropping or copying and pasting.

We consider a user to be a DVM, so select a plan that supports the number of DVM’s in your practice. Techs and support staff are included in the package and can assist the DVM when creating notes. The Call Summary feature can only be used by one person on one device at a time. If you have multiple people making callbacks, each person needs their own Talkatoo account to use the feature. This ensures everyone can access call summaries properly without interruptions.
No. You verify a number, and it will automatically mask the caller ID to the number you input. Most users input the clinic phone number, so any outbound calls made appear as though they are coming from the clinic, and not your personal cell.
