Yes! Talkatoo works with all practice management software you can dictate directly into any text field. Talkatoo does not require a direct integration, and will work with your PMS directly from start-up. Moving your notes from Talkatoo to your PMS is as simple as dragging and dropping or copying and pasting.
Depending on the state or province, permission may be required to record. Consider putting up signage or including an opt-in during the check-in process.
No additional hardware is required to use Talkatoo. You can use the Auto-Records feature on a computer, cell phone or tablet. If you are using a desktop computer that does not have a built-in microphone, you will require an external microphone to use Auto-Records. We recommend using a conference room microphone in that scenario.

We consider a user to be a DVM, so select a plan that supports the number of DVM’s in your practice. Techs and support staff are included in the package and can assist the DVM when creating notes. The Call Summary feature can only be used by one person on one device at a time. If you have multiple people making callbacks, each person needs their own Talkatoo account to use the feature. This ensures everyone can access call summaries properly without interruptions.
